Stichting Animal Protect: The foundation with its registered office in the Netherlands, registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (the Dutch Chamber of Commerce).

User: The natural person or legal entity that uses the website.
Donor: A user who makes a donation to Stichting Animal Protect.

For monthly donations, the donor can stop the direct debit at any time through their own bank overview or by contacting us.

5. Liability

Stichting Animal Protect is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website or the services, with the exception of liability laid down by law.
